Established in 1982 by Chun Loi Fan (Sammy) and his brother Yuk Choi Fan, the Jade Palace became the first Chinese restaurant in Waterford.
The Fan family is well known around Waterford as connoisseurs of Chinese Cuisine. Sammy and his wife Pauline became sole proproiritors1998. Now a new generation of the extended family are bringing this tradition to another level. Blending local produce together with home recipes from Hong Kong we have created and prepared exciting traditional recipies to the highest standard of Cantonese style cooking.
